Cancellation, Payment & No-Show Policy
To ensure fairness, clarity, and consistency for all clients, the following policies apply to all BPD support and coaching sessions:
1. Payment Policy

All sessions must be paid in full before the session begins.
Payment confirms your booking. -
Unpaid sessions will not take place. If payment has not been received before the scheduled start time, the session will be cancelled automatically.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
This allows the time slot to be offered to someone on the waiting list. -
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, the payment can be moved to a new appointment time.
3. Late Arrivals

For 60-minute sessions, I will wait 15 minutes from the scheduled start time.

For 30-minute sessions, I will wait 10 minutes.

If you arrive after this window, the session will be marked as a no-show, the session will end, and no refund will be issued.
4. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not communicated with me in advance, the session is considered a no-show.

No-shows are non-refundable, and the payment cannot be transferred to another appointment.
5. Technical Issues

If technical problems occur on your side (internet failure, device issues, etc.), the session will follow the same rules as late arrivals/no-shows.

If the problem is on my side, I will reschedule your session at no additional cost.
6. Emergency Situations

I understand that genuine emergencies occur. Please contact me as soon as possible.
Exceptions may be made at my discretion in rare cases.
7. Respecting Time and Boundaries
These policies exist to protect both your therapeutic process and my ability to provide consistent support to all clients. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
