Meet Steff
M.Sc Psychologist and Certified Mindfulness Trainer

Hi, I’m Steff! I’ve struggled with BPD symptoms, and many times, I didn’t think life was worth living. My mind was a battlefield, and I turned to unhealthy coping mechanisms to try silence the chaos.

But evidence-based approaches like DBT and mindfulness helped me break free from self-destructive patterns. My mind went from being a hostile place to a supportive one and I now have a compassionate and healthy relationship with myself.

Today, I’m the master of my mind, with a life filled with self-love, self-respect, self-worth, purpose, and joy.

With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, a certification in Mindfulness Training, and personal experience overcoming BPD, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others overcome it too.
